- W2385145941 abstract "In this study,the mechanism model of the effects of person-organization fit on career success and organizational performance was first proposed after an extensive literature review.Then,then data were collected from 400 MBA students and managers through questionnaire surveys,and analyzed to examine the relationships among the variables by using SPSS17 statistical software and structural equation model.The results showedthat there were positive correlations among person-organization fit and career success,organizational performance and their dimensions;employability played an intermediary role in the relationship between person-organizational fit and career success,and it also acted as a partial mediator in the person-organization fit and organizational performance.Finally,it was also confirmed that the fit between individuals and organizations,the mutual cooperation and common responsibilities of cultivating and improving employability had a direct impact on individuals' career success and organizational performance." @default.
