- W2385146837 abstract "Objective: To reveal the mechanism of recurrence endometriosis and to demonstrate the effect of Luoshi Neiyifang(LSNYF).Methods: The recurrence models of endometriosis were established by removing partial ectopic endometrium in endometriosis rats.Compared with blank group,they had been raised by LSNYF(high concentration and low concentration) and Danazol.The rats in group A had been raised by different mentioned medicines for 6 weeks and ectopic endometrium was excised partially in the end of the third week.Ectopic endometriosis was observed both by macroscopic and microscopic analysis.The levels of E2 and PGE2 were detected.Results: The endometrial epithelium and stromal was confirmed in the recurrence ectopic lesion,which meant that the establishment of endometriosis recurrence was succeed.After the excision of ectopic endometrium,the contents of E2 and PGE2 in ectopic endometrium in group of LSNYF with high concentration(LSNYF-H),LSNYF with low concentration(LSNYF-L),Danazol were lower significantly than blank one in group A(P0.05.P0.01).The volume of ectopic endometrium in LSNYF-L was the smallest in all groups.In group B,the contents of E2 in all treatment groups were lower than the blank one significantly after excision(P0.05).Conclusion: Establishment of recurrence endometriosis model by autologous transplantation on SD rats was success and credible.The endometrial epithelium and stromal was confirmed in the recurrence ectopic lesion.The study showed that the volume of ectopic endometrium might be the index of effect of treatment if the ectopic endometrium cysts could be seen.The excision of ectopic endometrium can lessen the volume of the lesion but cannot reduce the content of E2 and PGE2.The result showed that the promotion of estrogen synthesis didn't change after excision of partial ectopic endometrium.That may be one of the reasons of endometriosis recurrence.LSNYF with certain concentration may reduce E2 in ectopic endometrium and lessen the endometriosis cysts.The measure that is dealt with LSNYF-L before and after operation may prevent recurrence." @default.
