- W2385219904 abstract "OBJECTIVE To study a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yidan tablets.METHODS The tablets were extracted with methyl.The extract was evaporated to dry,and then dissolved in water.The water solution was defatted with chloroform and adjusted to pH1.5～2.0 with 10% citric acid,and then extracted with ethyl acetate.The sample was applied on a silica gel G plate and developed at room temperature.With ethylacetate acetone formicacid water (5∶1∶1∶1),the seperated spots were scanned by CS 930 at λ s=330 nm,λ R=210 nm.RESULTS The analytical recovery was 95.97% and RSD was 2.77%.CONCLUSION The results showed that this assay was sensitive,accurate and specific." @default.
