- W2385278621 abstract "A comparative study of chloroplast ultrastructure, absorption spectrum and SDS-PAGE analysis was made in a chlorophyll-less barley mutant and its wildtype. The results showed that the mutant barley has lower Chl and carotenoid contents but higher Chl a/b ratio.NYB chloroplast possesses less thylakoids and grana stacks.As compared to the wild type barley, the light absorption of NYB thylakoids was much higher within 450～480 nm and 600～640 nm.SDS-PAGE results indicated that there is no differences in Rubisco level but a bigger decrease in LHCⅡ apoproteins between mutant and its wildtype." @default.
