The abovechanges were improved in felodipine therapy groupin comparison with the group without felodipine.Theultrastructural changes of ischemic myocardium werealso im proved by felodopine therapy.No changes ofthe heart rate,arterialBPwere observed infelodopine therapy group,The results suggest that themvocardial ischemic injury might be produced byCa￣(2+)overload,oxygen free rad icals and PM N infiItra-tions,felodopine therapy may be helpful for im-proving suchchanges.The mechanism of thetherapeutic effectiveness of felodopine might be alsorelated to the protection of Na￣+,K￣+-ARPase andCa￣(2+),Mg￣(2+)-ATPase activities." @default.
