- W2385639221 abstract "The precursor of Nd2O3 nanoparticles was synthesized in W/O reverse microemulsion composed of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),1-butanol,1-octane,Nd(NO3)3 aqueous solution(ammonia aqueous solution),and followed by calcination at 900℃ for formation of Nd2O3 nanoparticles.The proper calcination temperature obtained from thermal analysis(DSC-TG) and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) was 900 °C.The structure,morphology and size of the Nd2O3 nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results showed that the Nd2O3 nanoparticles were narrow in distribution of size,their average size was about 4 nm.The obtained Nd2O3 nanoparticles as dyeing assistant were applied in dyeing of fleece with Weak Acid Cyanine 5R,Weak Acid Pink BN, and Weak Acid Brilliant Blue RAWL.The Nd2O3 nanoparticles adsorbed on the surface of fleece were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDX).The effects of the content of Nd2O3 nanoparticles on the adsorption rate of dye and the dyeing rate was studied.Furthermore,the effect of temperature on the dyeing rate was also studied.The results showed that the Nd2O3 nanoparticles were adsorbed equably on the surface of fleece.At 90 ℃,and in presence of Nd2O3 nanoparticles,the adsorption rate of dye and the dyeing rate were highest for Weak Acid Cyanine 5R,higher for Weak Acid Pink BN,and lowest for Weak Acid Brilliant Blue RAWL.There were maximal volumes for the adsorption rate and dyeing rate in case of using 1% Nd2O3 nanoparticles." @default.
