- W2385783047 abstract "The determination method of sesamin in sesame oil by HPLC was studied.The sesame oil was pretreated with chromatographic column packed with alumina,and sesamin was obtained,then HPLC was applied to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze sesamin.Chromatographic conditions was as following:5 μm Inertsil(ODS-3 250 mm×4.6 mm) the mobile phase methanol to water was 70∶30(V/V)with the flow rate of 2 mL/min.It was detected HP 1050 UV detector with columm temperature at 30℃.The results showed that sesamin and other components were well separated.The standard curve was linear over the range of 5～200 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient 0.9999,the average recovery rate was 100.6%.So the method is simple,accurated and sensitive for the determination of sesamin." @default.
