- W2386007883 abstract "To study the correlation between CTFC and ECG ST segment resolution and explore the probability of evaluating the prognosis during hospitalization immediately after direct successful percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). CTFC after successful PCI in 80 patients(male 65, female 15) with TIMI grade 3 was measured and the extent of ST segments elevation before and 1 hour after was analyzed,cardiac events was notised during hospitalizaton. According to ST segment resolution the patients were divided into two groups, ST segment resolution≥50% and 50%; the patients were also divided into two groups with or without cardiac events; CTFC was significantly higher in ST segment resolution 50% group, (25.6±8.1) vs (19.6 ±5.9), (P 0.01), CTFC was negatively related with ST segment resolution (γ=-0.735, P0.01) . CTFC was significantly higher in the cardiac events group than in the group without cardiac events (26.4±7.8) vs (19.3±5.5), (P 0.01). Logistic regression showed CTFC was well related with the incidence of cardiac events during hospitalization (OR=-1.68, 95%CI= -1.36～-2.19, P0.01). [Conclusion] CTFC is a quantitative, simple, objective, economic, rapid index that can predict ST segment deviation, which can predict risk for patients with direct PCI therapy after AMI and supply evidence for additional adjunctive treatment." @default.
