- W2386058392 abstract "Objective To explore the sedative effect,amnesic extent and suppress to the pulling reaction of viscus of Midazolam combined with Fentanyl in the epidural anaesthesia.Methods Sixty cases of expected epidural anaesthesia were randomly divided into2groups(n=30).GroupⅠreceived midazolam combined with fentanyl,while groupⅡreceived droperidol and fentanyl.1/3～1/2of the initial dosage were added according to the effect of operation in both groups.Sedative action was recorded in different period after the administration.The HR,SBP,DBP,SpO2and the suppress to the pulling reaction of viscus were assessed by OAA/S.Results There was no significant difference in the sedative effect in the operation between the two groups.The group I was with fast revives,deep amnesic extent and effective suppress to the pulling reaction of viscus compared with the group II.Conclusions Midazolam combined with Fentanyl can be a substitute of droperidol-fentanyl in the epidural anaesthesia based on a strict operation management." @default.
