- W2386104150 abstract "Objective: To investigate the status of the clinical nurses’ turnover intention and the related factors in order to provide reference for clinical manpower resource management. Methods: 208 nurses in two general hospitals in Jinzhou were investigated by questionnaire. Results: Significant statistical differences were found between nurses with different marriage status and education backgrounds (P0.05). The nurses with more than 15 years working experience had least turnover intention. The main reasons that made the nurse have turnover intention were the characteristics of nursing occupation and welfare. Conclusion: The managers of hospitals should take effective measures to decrease the clinical nurse’ turnover intention and pay attention to the nurses’ welfare, management level and nurses’ working stress." @default.
