- W2386140569 abstract "Objective: To observe the effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (TCM-WM) therapy on chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:Sixty-eight patient with CRF were divided randomly into TCM-WM treatment group (AG) and WM controlling group(BG),each is 34 cases.Two groups were given a good low protein diet(LPD)、controlling blood pressure、persantin、vein drip Heshang Thymosin(20～30 mg/d),sustain balance of water、electrolyte and acid-alkal.Uremia were given QianggushengXue Oral Liquid,Alfaclcidol and Testosterone Propionate.In AG were dripped Shengmai Injection(20～30 ml/d) by vein, that is used in renal failure No. I Decoction.BG were dripped energy mixture. One course was 30 days. The changes of blood ureanitrogen(BUN)、Creatinine (Cr)、clinical face before and after treatment were determinated each other in two groups.Results: BUN、Cr in A group were both significantly reduced after treatment (P0.05), BUN、Cr in BG were both no reduced(P0.05),But they tend to raise. As compared with BUN, The total effective rate in AG and BG were 70%and 20.6%; As compared with Cr, that were 73.4% and 20.6%.BUN、Cr were both reduced over 30%, AG and BG were 10 cases (29.4%) and 1 case (2.9%). The effect of AG is very marked better than that in BG (P0.01). Conclusions: The curative effect of TCM-WM therapy on CRF was very marked better than that of WM." @default.
