- W2386283536 abstract "In view of the survey data about the status quo of white-collar intelectual employees' over fatigue in Beijing CBD,from the perspectives of gender,age,education,position,income and the nature of work unit,and on the four dimensions of the fatigue of work,overwork,the service object and individuals,we analyzed the structure and characteristic of the employees' overworks in Beijing CBD.From the investigation,we found that the fatigue index of Beijing CBD's male and female white-collar employees is higher than the personal fatigue index;the fatigue index of employees from 31 to 40 years old is higher than those of other ages;the work fatigue index of the employees who have a master's degree is higher than those without a master's degree;the higher position is followed by the higher work fatigue index;the work fatigue index of the employees whose monthly income is below 3,000 yuan or above 20,000 yuan is higher than others;the fatigue index of the employees who work in the private,foreign and joint enterprises is higher than those in the state-owned enterprises." @default.
