- W2386314583 abstract "目的 研究中风证候要素与大脑中动脉供血区脑梗死体积的相关性.方法 纳入缺血性中风急性期患者68例,收集中医四诊信息,根据《中风病辨证诊断标准》提取证候要素并附分值,梗死灶体积采用ITK-SNAP2.4.0半自动化测量,采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析.结果 缺血性中风急性期证候要素出现频次最多的为风证,共计56次,占82.35％,阴虚阳亢证出现的频次最少,为15次,占22.06％,火热证、痰证、血瘀证、气虚证出现的频次依次为39次、40次、20次和25次,分别占57.35％、58.82％、29.41％和36.78％.风证,火热证及气虚证的得分与梗死灶体积呈正相关(P＜0.05),其中火热证分值与梗死灶体积呈显著相关(P＜0.01),痰证,血瘀证及阴虚阳亢证的得分与梗死灶体积无相关性.结论 证候要素的得分与大脑中动脉供血区梗死灶体积具有一定的相关性." @default.
