- W2386504822 abstract "Single-chop PWM control mode is commonly used in the flume rotor DSPMM.But traditional single-chop PWM control mode causes the power loss unbalance between the upper transistor and the lower one of the power inverter, which makes the thermal design more difficult and impacts system reliability.An improved alternative single-chop PWM control mode is proposed in the paper, which ensures the consistency of power loss between the upper transistor and the lower one. The comparison of two single-chop PWM control modes and experimental results reveal that the improved alternative single-chop PWM control mode can eliminate the hot-spot problem under the traditional single chop PWM mode,and improve overall efficiency with high reliability." @default.
