- W2386894212 abstract "Objective To observe the protective effects of matrine microemulsion on mouse liver injury by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).Methods Sixty Kunming mouse were divided into six groups randomly with 10 in each, which including normal control group, model group, matrine microemulsion groups(high, medium and low-dose) and positive control group. The positive control group and model group given 200 mg/kg aqueous solution of oxymatrine and normal saline by intragastric administration respectively, the matrine microemulsion high, medium and low-dose groups by intragastric administration were treated with 200,100,50 mg/kg matrine microemulsion precutaneously, once a day ×14 ds.Then the five groups beside normal control group were made model of liver injury by CCl4,the serum ALT and AST levels were detected 16 hs later;the mosue were put to death and the livers were weighted, hepatopancreas somatic indices were calculated. Results Compared with the model group, the hepatopancreas somatic indices in the other five groups decreased significantly(P0.05 or 0.01),and the ALT and AST decreased significantly too in the groups of high and medium doses of matrine microemulsion and the positive control group(P0.05).Conclusion Matrine microemulsion transdermal delivery play an important role in prevention of acute CCl4 liver injury in mouse, and which presents a dose-dependent manner." @default.
