- W2387152502 abstract "OBJECTIVE China serious shortage of underdeveloped areasqualified professional health workers.This study aimed to understand the areas health workers are most concerned about such issues and provide to suggestions,in order to attract more worker to the areas of work and provide the basis for the formulation of relevant policies.METHODS A questionnaire survey of four provinces county hospitals,township hospitals and village health survey of health workers,mainly the results of statistical methods.RESULTS Health workers educated to secondary school,college or equivalent,mostly,the professional title of the junior title.Doctors and nurses are most in hospital and the doctors are more than nurses.Most medical organizations lack of heath workers in the area.Because less training chance and less salary and other factors.CONCLUSION(1)To improve the preparation of non-standard wages of staff employed to increase training opportunities for all health workers,in the unusual need to attract health workers in remote areas.(2)Focus on resolving the function of village level health institutions and sustainable development issues,continue to strengthen professional ethics and medical ethics campaign to encourage support services to health professionals and health services in remote areas.(3)To address health workforce policy and other relevant policies conflict between their harmonious coexistence and development." @default.
