- W2387485510 abstract "Objective To investigate the effects and safety of phakic anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of high muopia.Methods Phakic anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were performed in thirty patients(43 eyes) with high myopia of 7.00～-20.00D.Before and after mydriasis diopter,myopia,tension of eyeball,cornea endothelium counter and chamber angle were examined before the implantation,and conditions of cornea,chamber angle,pupil and lens were observed under slit lamp.Eye ground was examined with ophthalmoscope.The follow-up period was 1-6 months.Results The intraocular lens of anterior chamber type were implanted successfully into forty-three eyes of thirty patients.Visual acuity was improved,diopter dropped,the best correcting result for visual acuity was obtained rapidly after implantation.During follow-up period tension of eyeball and cornea endothelium counter didn't differobviously from those after operation.There was no obvious complication.Conclusion Phakic anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of high muopia is agood and effective and visual acuity is corrected rapidly,predictability is good,no diopter rises and no serious complication manifest,finally,late effect should be observed in future." @default.
