- W2387490036 abstract "AIM To observe the construction change of dermal-epidermis junction (DEJ) in keloids (Ks). METHODS Histology, immunohistochemical labeling (laminin and vWF) and scanning electronic microscope were applied to investigate the invasiving zone, proliferative zone, aged zone of keloids and normal skin specimen. RESULTS There were marked pathological changes in laminin of DEJ, thickness of basal membrane, dermal papilla density, hole density in papillas, fold density of basal cytoplasmic membrane, hole density and adherence cell density, microvessel density in papilla layer of dermal, invasiving zone proliferative zone aged zone and NS (t, P0.05～0.01), except dermal papilla and fold density of basal cytoplasmic membrane, such indexes as MVD and EACD are positively related to each other (t r, P0.05～0.001, r=0.372～0.681). CONCLUSION Markedly different pathological change of DEJ appeared in different zone of keloids, and that may be related to proliferation and occlusion of microvessel in dermal papilla layer and infiltration of immune cells in epidermis." @default.
