Through degradation experiment of --NA and --NA, the immobilized recombinant bacterial cells were used to determine enzyme activity of these cells. Then, these immobilized cells were used to degradade three kinds of insecticides, i.e. organochlorine,organophosphate and pyrethroid insecticides. The results show that they possess difinite effect on these insecticides. The transformed ditoxifying gene recombinant bacterium was used to feed organophosphates poisoned hen; and the research demonstrated a clear result that using the bacterium to detoxicate the poisoned hen possessed marked function." @default.
