- W2387604053 abstract "The purpose was to study the effects of air humidity on tstress physiology of the grafted cucumber in sub-high temperature in plastic tunnel under CO2 enrichment.With the cucumber variety Jinchun 4 as the tested material,the cucumber plants were made for 3 treatments of air humidity as 95%±5%(L1),75%±5%(L2),55%±5%(L3)in sub-high temperature of 30~35℃ under CO2 enrichment respectively.The result showed osmoregulation substances,MDA and the cell protective enzymes activities was all increased with the decreased of air humidity and the treating days.Cell membrane permeability of cucumber leaves in treatment L1 was decreased while in treatment L2 and L3 was increased with the treating days.Osmoregulation substances,MDA,the cell protective enzymes activities and cell membrane permeability of cucumber leaves was all decreased with the decreased of air humidity.The soluble protein of treatment L1 was decreased 4.84% and 8.18% respectively compared to L2 and L3 after treatment 24d.The same situation for proline content was decreased 31.83% and 77%;soluble sugar was decreased 27.74% and 32.52%;MDA was decreased 30.34% and 32.38%;SOD activity was decreased 29.45% and 37.75%;CAT activity was decreased 17.41% and 17.41%;POD activity was decreased 9.14% and 44.87%;cell membrane permeability of cucumber leaves was decreased 80.75% and 80.76%.These results illustrated that the grafted cucumber plants was protected from stress tolerance in higher air humidity with sub-high temperature plastic tunnel under CO2 enrichment.The ability of resistance stress tolerance of grafted cucumber plants was increased and the hurt of plants was alleviated by stress tolerance in higher air humidity with sub-high temperature under CO2 enrichment." @default.
