- W2387656469 abstract "Objective To compare the effects of intramuscular Penehyclidine with midazolam and atropine with midazolam as premedication in patients undergoing pano-hip replacement.Methods 22 patients(ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ) who should had pano-hip replacement were randomly divided into two groups:Group A(Penehyclidine group,n=11) and Group B(atropine group,n=11).Group A received premedication with intramuscular Penehyclidine(0.5 mg) and midazolam0.06～0.07 mg/kg,Group B with intramuscular atropine 0.5mg and midazolam0.06(～0.07 mg/kg).After 40 min,continuous epidural anesthesia was performed.The HR,MAP and SpO_2 in two groups were recorded,the degree of sedation and amnesia were evaluated.Results compared with Group B,HR from 20min to 40 min after premedication decreased significantly in group A (P0.05).the degree of sedation in Group A was significantly deeper than that in Group B(P0.05),the rate of amnesia in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B(P0.05).Conclusion Intramuscular Penehyclidine with midazolam as premedication in patients undergoing pano-hip replacement is better than atropine with midazolam." @default.
