- W2387730002 abstract "Objective: To detect the correlation between the levels of adiponectin,CRP,TNF-α,NO and grades of bone marrow edema and pain in patients with early ischemic necrosis of the femoral head(INFH).Methods: Retrospective analysis of 120(138 hips) outpatient and inpatient of INFH in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2010.The bone marrow edema and the pain were divided into 0 ～ 2 grades according to MRI and chief complaint respectively.The levels of adiponectin,TNF-α,and NO were detected by ELISA method,and the levels of CRP and lipid were detected by routine biochemical method. The correlation between adiponectin levels and grades of bone marrow edema and the pain was analyzed statistically.Results: There were 104 hips with bone marrow edema(75.4%).There was positive correlation between grade of pain and bone marrow edema(P 0.01).The levels of adiponectin,CRP,TNF-α and NO were different in patients with different grade of bone marrow edema,and in patients with different grade of pain(P 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there was negative correlation between levels of adiponectin and grades of pain and bone marrow edema(P 0.01),and positive correlation between CRP,TNF-α,NO and grades of pain(P 0.01).Conclusion: The adiponectin levels related closely with the grade of pain and bone marrow edema,which can be used as indicators to determine the efficacy oftreatment and provide new approaches for diagnosis and treatment of INFH." @default.
