- W2388186636 abstract "To solve the problem of the cracking of cladding layer and low cladding efficiency,to choose the reasonable processing parameters,laser induction hybrid cladding experiment was carried out to prepare Ni-based WC composite coatings.The effects of laser specific energy and powder density per area on the macrostructure of the composite coatings were investigated by defining the ultimate cladding states of high laser scanning speed.The results show that the minimum laser specific energy,the maximum cladding thickness and the contact angle have a linear relationship with the maximum powder density per area.Moreover,the velocity of laser induction hybrid cladding is as fast as 3000 mm/min,the feeding powder rate is up to 82.7 g/min,the efficiency of laser induction hybrid cladding is approximately 5 t higher than that of the individual laser cladding,Ni-based WC composite coatings are free of cracks." @default.
