- W2388220811 abstract "Objective To analyse the impact of preinfarction angina on patients with acute myocardial infarction after direct percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) . Methods Two hundred and fifty five AMI patients underwent direct PCI were divided into preinfarction angina group (group A, n = 124) and non-preinfarction angina group (group B, n = 131) . The clinical characteristics, cardiac function and cardiac events were analysed. Results ①The peak phosphocreatine kinase was lower in group A than that in group B (P 0. 05), The incidences of reperfusion arrhythmias and no-reflow (NF) phenomenon were lower in group A than those in group B (P 0. 05) , The incidence of spontaneous recanalization(SR) of infarct-related artery (IRA) was higher in group A than that in group B (P 0. 05) . ②There was a significant decrease in pre-follow up visit and post-follow up visit for left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV), left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) in group A (P 0.05). There was a significant increase in pre-follow up visit and post-follow up visit for left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF, P 0. 05). No difference was seen in pre-follow up visit and post-follow up visit for LVEDV, LVESV and LVEF in group B. 3Heart failure(8. 06% vs 16. 79% , P 0. 05) and composite end point events (20. 16%vs 35. 11% , P 0. 05) decreased more significantly in group A than those in group B (P 0. 05), but there were no significant differences in death, unstable angina, reconstruction of ischemic target vessel of the two groups (P 0. 05). Conclusion All patients will be benefited from direct PCI but patients in presence of preinfarction angina, the SR of IRA can be hastened with less frequency of reperfusion arrhythmias and no-reflow phenome non after direct PCI, which can improve the left ventricular remodeling and reduce the cardiac events." @default.
