- W2388480337 abstract "Polypropylene glycol(N210),toluene-2,4-diisocyante(TDI),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),trimethylolpropane(TMP) as main materials,the hydroxyl constituents of waterborne polyurethane with branched structure were prepared.The effect of process conditions on the —NCO content of hydroxyl constituent was also investigated.The resulting products were characterized by using infrared spectroscopy(IR),the emulsion particle size was tested by using sub-micro visualization instrument.The settling velocity(υ Stokes) was evaluated by Stokes terminal velocity equation.The results showed that the product with excellent performance was obtained when the temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time was 4 h.The stability of emulsion is closely related with the content of TMP and DMPA.When the content of DMPA was increased,the emulsion stability would be improved.While the mass fraction of TMP is 0%～4.7%,the settling velocity is(0.041×10-13)～(2.124×10-13)m/s,the emulsion possess better stability." @default.
