- W2388571594 abstract "Objective:To evaluate characterization of hem odynamic changes before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvulo-plasty(PBMV)in patients with mitral stenosis(MS ).Methods:MVA,LAD,LAV,LAT,LAP d ,MVPV,MVPG,PHT and PASP d were measured by two dimensional Doppler echocardiography in thirty -two patients with rheumatic MS before and after PBMV.Results;LAD,LAV,LAT,LAP d ,MVPV,MVPG,PHT and PASP d were decreased after PBMV,but MVA in creased(P0.05～0.001),SPV,SVTI and SF were increased(p0.05～0.001),SV and CO increased(P0.05～0.001).A significant correlation was foun d between LAD d and LAPc,PASP d and PASP c (r =0.89or r =0.86,P0.001).There were significant positive correlations between MVA and SPV、SVTI and SF,(r =0.42,0.46and 0.51,P0.01respectively),but negative correlation between LA P c and SPV,SVTI and SF(r =-0.56、-0.61and -0.73,P0.01respectively).Conclusions:Two dimensional Doppler echocardio graphy is a comprehensive and objective method for evaluating the characteristics of hemodynamic changes before and after PBMV in patients with MS,and is simple,reliable,feasibl e,and helpful in screening patients for PBMV and follow up examination.after PBMV." @default.
