- W2388961567 abstract "Objective To study the relationship of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection and disease of uterine cervix in women in Foshan region and analyze the key risk factors of high risk(HR)-HPV infection. Methods A total of 1008 patients with disease of uterine cervix were investigated, and the cast-off cells samples of cervix uteri were collected.Meanwhile the clinical data and laboratory results of these patients were gathered. The cast-off cells samples of cervix uteri were detected genotype of HPV with the flow-through hybridization technique(HybriMax). Results The cast-off cells samples of cervix uteri in 1008 cases were detected, and it showed 252 patients were with HPV infection(25.0%),consisting of patients infecting HR-HPV(20.9%) and 58 patients were infected with the superinfection of HPV(5.7%).The typical infection spectra of HPV in women with the disease of uterine cervix were mostly of HPV16(6.2%),HPV52(6.1%),then HPV58(3.8%),HPV18(2.0%),HPV33(1.8%);LR-HPV infection rate is 5.6%,its genotype is mainly HPV53(5.4%)、11(4.0%),and then HPV-6.Most high infection rate is seen in 20-40 years old;The infection spectra of cervicitis were mostly HPV16,HPV58,and HPV11,that of cervix uteri were mainly HPV16,HPV52,and HPV58,and that of cancer of the cervix were principally HPV16. Conclusion The infection rate and superinfection rate of HPV from women with disease of uterine cervix in Foshan region are not so high as literature reported. The superiority of genotype in different uterine cervix disease is not the same.So the HPV infection should bring to society's attention and enhance the conventional examination of HPV." @default.
