- W2389069240 abstract "Objective:To study the predictive value in cardiac events of ACS patients of thrombogenic mediators such as fibrinogen,plasminogen activator inhibitor type-1(PAI-1),von Willebrand factor(vWF),thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2 )and prostacycline(PGI 2 ).Methods:Continuously observed76cases of ACS patients,and followed for3～7months.Results:Concentrations of fibrinogen,PAI-1,vWF and TXB 2 were significantly raised compared with the normal controls.Those who developed cardiac events had higher fibrinogen and vWF levels than those who survived free.Multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated fibrinogen and vWF were independent risk factors.Conclusions:Fibrinogen,PAI-1,vWF and TXA 2 played roles in the pathogenesis of ACS.Fibrinogen and vWF had influence on the prognosis of ACS patients in short follow-up period." @default.
