- W2389248812 abstract "Objective: To investigate the correlation between high-risk human papillomavirus subtype and occurrence, prognosis of different degrees of cervical lesions and cervical cancer. Methods: A total of 300 patients with positive high-risk HPV and pathological diagnosis of cervical lesions were treated and followed up. After 3-12 months,HPV genotyping and cytological examination were conducted. Results: The five subtypes with the highest detection rate in 300 patients were HPV16,58,52,53,18,respectively. Cervical cancer HPV16 detection rate reached 62. 5%. Differences of HPV16 and HPV53 in different cervical lesion detection rate were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Differences of HPV16,18,33,39,52,53,and 58 in the same cervical lesions were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Differences of HPV16,58 in different cervical pathological changes after treatment of negative conversion ratio was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Difference of single, double and multiple infection overcast rate in cervical resection and radical resection was statistically significant( P 0. 05). HPV16 overcast rate: 36. 67%,62. 07%,75. 00% and 72. 00%,after 4 treatments overcast rate difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05),HPV39 had no radical treatment. Negative conversion ratio in≤35 years old,36-years old, 50 years old group were 64. 10%( 25 /39),53. 68%( 102 /190),38. 03%( 27 /71),the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05),difference of HPV58 negative conversion ratio at all ages was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Cervical lesions, age, therapy restrict the negative conversion ratios of HPV16,HPV39,HPV58; cervical lesions with HPV16 infection should adopt reliable and effective therapy regardless of the levels, and then a better prognosis can be achieved; HPV16 subtype detection after treatment is a key point to prevent development and recurrence of residual lesions." @default.
