It analyzes a survey of 258 teachers in elementary and junior high schools about their impression of continuing-study and the time they spent on it. The result shows that too much continuing-study is an important reason for the teachers' negative impressions. Therefore, facing up to the current situation of continuing education of teachers and changing the formalism are the important measures to realize the specialisation of the teachers of border region." @default.
