- W2389286382 abstract "High concentration of inorganic salts and low utilization rate of dyes are common problems in two-phase reactive pad-steam process for cotton fabric.To solve these problems,modification of cotton and then salt-free reactive pad-steam process are proposed.The changes of dye affinity and desorption in fixation bath after modification,and the influences of process conditions such as soda ash dosage and steaming time on dyeing results,are analysed.The results indicate that the fabric modified with Color Media features high K/Svalue and improved dye utilization rate,similar wash fastness and dry rubbing fastness to traditional dyeings,and slightly lower wet rubbing fastness.The optimum dyeing conditions are selecting reactive dyes with lower affinity,soda ash 30 g/L,steaming time 3 min,and adding Color Media to keep the Rfvalue of dyes at 0.55～0.75." @default.
