- W2389321036 abstract "OBJECTIVE To add the standard for the determination of kaempferide and quercetin in Ligan Tablet.METHODS HPLC method was selected to determine the contents of emodin.The C_ 18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phoshoricacid solution(50∶50),detection wavelength was 360nm,flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve for Kaempferol was linear(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.018～0.539μg and the mean recovery was 101.1%,RSD was 1.4%(n=5);for quercetin the calibration curve was linear(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.00538～0.1614μg,and the mean recovery was 91.3%,RSD was 1.9%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method was accurate,simple,sensitive and reliable and it can be used for the determination of contents of Ligan Tablet." @default.
