- W2389369979 abstract "Objective:To study the sympathetic activation of enflurance and isoflurane and compare them.Methods:30 patients were randomly divided into two groups:enflurance group(E group)and isoflurane group(I group).After anesthesia was maintanied stably by tracheal intubation,enflurane (E group)or isoflurane (I group) was inspired until expired end-tidal concentration was rapidly increased to 0.5 MAC and 1.0 MAC for 5mins.MAP and HR were monitored and recorded.Results:At the level of 0.5 MAC,the MAP and HR of I group were significantly higher than that of E group( P0.01),there were no great changes in MAP and HR of E group with or without operation.At the level of 1 MAC, the MAP and HR of I group were also significant higher than those of E group during 1～3mins,while there were no significant difference between two groups in 5mins.The MAP of E group was reduced with operation while the HP was increased at the level of 1 MAC.Conclusion:There is significant sympathetic activation in isoflurane at lower level of MAC,but there is not this activation in enflurane." @default.
