- W2389419481 abstract "Gold mineralization is closely related to later brittle fracturing in Hetai gold deposits area,nearly although all ore bodies are located in ductile shear zones or mylonite zones.The gold mineralization is inconsistent with earlier ductile shearing in the aspects of both forming rheological regime and forming sequence.The former occurs in quasi-plastic regime at later stage,the latter in elastic-frictional regime at earlier stage.The patterns of structural control on gold mineralization include:ductile shear zones or mylonite zones controlling the location of gold deposits and ore bodies at regional scale;earlier quartz veins and various foliations in mylonites controlling the location and geometry of gold-bearing sulphide quartz veins and sulphide veinlets at micro-scale;differentiated mylonitic texture controlling the location of gold-bearing sulphide micro-veinlets and micro-disseminated sulphide at micro- scale.Explosive pseudotachylite event is probably one of the important factors which result in mineralization activity.The basic model of structural control on gold mineralization of shear zone type gold deposits in South China can be summarized as:earlier mylonite is formed by ductile shearing in quasi-plastic regime at relatiyely deep crust laval;later brittle fracturing overprints on mylonites in elastic-frictional regime at relatively shallow crust level;the location and geometry of brittle fractures are controlled by pre-existing rock(mylonite) anisotropy;the pre-existing rock anisotropy includes mylonite zone which is a weak structure zone in relatively homogeneous migmatite,earlier quartz vein on which catalastic and brecciated deformation are preferentially concentrated,various foliations in mylonite and differentiated mylonite texture;then later gold-bearing fluid fills or infiltrate the brittle fracture system to form lode and disseminated ore." @default.
