- W2389421434 abstract "Bacillus sp.HU1 with high chitinase activity was obtained by using clarity circle method on plate and shake flask culture,which chitinase activity was up to 606U/mL. And then its enzymatic properties were studied. The result showed that the optimal temperature for the enzyme was 60℃ and pH was 6.5. It acted only on GlcNAc-GlcNAc glucosidic bond,but did not degrade CMC,cellulose and soluble starch. Mg2+,Zn2+,Ca2+ enhanced the enzyme activity,whereas Fe3+,Cu2+ inhibited the enzyme activity significantly and Na+,K+ had little effects on the enzyme activity. In addition,the enzyme activity was inhibited by DDT and SDS,not affected by EDTA." @default.
