- W2389436765 abstract "OBJECTIVE To analyse the current human resource situation of TB control and treatment organizations in Guangxi, and to provide witness for future improvement of human resource building. METHODS Exported the related personal data of TB control and treatment organizations of the year 2010 in Guangxi from the national TB management information system, and the data of basic personal information, work seniority of TB control, education background, degree, professional title and staffing level were analyzed by the software Excel and SPSS 13.0. RESULTS There were 1 117 TB control staffs in Guangxi, 817 (73.1%) among them were permanent staff, 912 (81.6%) among them had professional and technical titles. In the province, most TB control staff were less than 30 years old, less than 10 years work seniority, bachelor or above, junior professional title and contract employees; In the city and county, most TB control staff were 30 to 50 years old, associate degree, intermediate professional title and permanent staff. CONCLUSION The number of TB control staff is insufficient and the staffing structure is unreasonable in Guangxi. Each level of TB control and treatment organizations should strengthen the human resources construction, give full play to the advantages of existing human resources. Meanwhile, the personnel system and the incentive mechanism should be reformed, in order to recruit more professional and technical personnel to join TB control work." @default.
