- W2389777720 abstract "Objective To determine whether the polydafin ( POL) can inhibits the increase of intercellular free Calcium(Ca2＋ )i induced by glutamate. Method All neurons are divided into three groups① give 1× 10－ 5mol/Lglutamate for 20 seconds ,② give 1× 10－ 5mol/L glutamate and 50μ g/ml( POL) at the same time for 20 seconds ,③ give 1× 10－ 5mol/L glutamate after (Ca2＋ )i② group return to the baseline. Result POL 50μ g/ml can obviously inhibits the increase of (Ca2＋ )i induced by glutamate and it can also effect the time of Calcium oscillation, it can slow down the increase of (Ca2＋ )i, fasten the decrease of(Ca2＋ )i. Conclusion POL can effect the active of NMDA receptors and prevent neurou from glutamate neurotoxiticity through reduction the rise of(Ca2＋ )i." @default.
