- W2389802111 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of asarone in human serum,so as to use in bioavailability study.METHODS:Using Shimpacd CLC-ODS column(150mm×6.0mm,10μm)and methyl alcohol-water(80∶20)was taken as mobile phase.The flow rate was1ml/min,the fluorescence detection wavelengths wereλ ex 265nm andλ em 365nm,column temperature was40℃.RESULTS:The minimun detactable concentration of asarone in serum was0.2ng/ml,the calibration curve showed good linearity in a concentration range of1～200ng/ml.The within-day RSD was less than6.74%(n=3)and the between-day RSD was less than4.95%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and may be applied to the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability study of asarone." @default.
