Weiner's theory of Three Dimensions of Attribution and self designed questionnaires, the author investigated a series of teachers' and undergraduates' attitudes toward rewards and made a contrast among the investigation results. (1) Reliability (0.44～0.73) and validity of the self designed questionnaires are relatively high and the investigation results are stable and reliable. (2) The same attitudes toward rewards of the undergraduatesand teachers are: the success resulting from interior, controllable and stable factors should be rewarded; that from interior, controllable and unstable factors or from exterior, controllable and unstable factors may be rewarded; that from exterior, uncontrollable and stable factors may not be rewarded; and that from exterior, uncontrollable and unstable factors shouldn't be rewarded. (3) To the success resulting from exterior and controllable factors the teachers tend more to give rewords than the undergraduates. (4) To the success resulting from exterior, uncontrollable and unstable factors the female teachers tend not to give rewards more than the male tethers." @default.
