- W2389969206 abstract "Objective To investigate the risk factors of invalid immunization of hepatitis B vaccination on adults and to provide intervening strategies.Methods Pair matched case-control study method was used.330 cases and 330 controls were interviewed by questionnaires.Statistical analyses were performed by using SPSS software.Results 4,273 adults were vaccinated and the rate of invalid anti-HBs was 8.3%.Factors such as BMI,smoking,drinking,family history were associated with invalid immunization risk in one-way variance model,and multiple factor logistic regression showed that 3 factors such as smoking,BMI,family history were associated with invalid immunization,with OR value of 1.029～2.722,3.198～25.760 and 3.999～35.820 respectively.Conclusion The rate of invalid immunization could be reduced by keeping natural BMI,forbidding smoking and preventing cross infection in the family." @default.
