- W2390032443 abstract "Objective To investigate the occourence status of cleft lips in perinatal infant,find the distribution characters of years and the distribution of city and countryside.Methods The data were collected according to the monitor system based hospital.We investigate the perinatal infant from pregnancied 28 weeks to puerperal 7 days in 14 hospital,in Zhengzhou.Results The morbidity of cleft lips in perinatal infant was 15.12 /10000,consist of cleft lip without cleft palate 4.82/10000 and cleft lip with cleft palate 10.29/10000 in Zhengzhou.The morbidity in city was 13.37/10000,coutryside 20.15/10000,male 16.08/10000,female 13.92/10000.The morbidity of cleft lips has the significant difference among different group and group of age≥35 years was the highest.There were not long term tendency from 2000 to 2004.The cleft lip without cleft palate was common,and hold 91.54%,The perinatal mortality of cleft lips was 25.87%,perinatal incidence was 22.28%.The perinatal incidence of cleft lip with cleft palate was 64.71%.Concusion There are not descended incidenle on the morbidity of cleft lips in Zhengzhou.The incidence is higher in countryside than city." @default.
