- W2390139089 abstract "Aim To develop an HPLC method on ODS column for the determination of benzoyl peroxide(BPO) in wheat flour by UV detection.Methods The chromatographic separation was performed with a mobile phase of methyl alcohol-water(80∶20).The UV wavelength was 235nm.Retention time was used for the qualitation of benzoyl peroxide,and peak area for the quantitation.Results The linear range and coefficient of linear correlation was 1～10 μg/mL and 0.9996 respectively.The detection limit was 1.511 ng/mL.The recovery of the method was 95.8%～101%.And the RSD was 0.33%～1.40%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and easy to operate. The result was satisfied when it was applied for the determination of actual samples." @default.
