- W2390385064 abstract "Objective To study the effects of ketmine on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in different age groups of burn patients.Methods By MMSE,we investigate 245 examples of different age groups of burn patients [A class(16 ～ 20 age) 、B class(21 ～ 40 age) 、C class(41 ～ 60 age) 、D class(≥60 age) ]in clinic,and research the effects of ketmine on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in those burn patiens.Results On the first day of postoperation MMSE's scores of A、B、C and D classes are statistically decreased as compared with before operation(P 0.05);On the seventh day MMSE's scores of A、B and C classes were not having statistically significant(P 0.05),but D class's had statistically significant(P 0.05) .As compared with occurrence rates of POCD in burn patients,A、B、C and D classes’were having statistically different between on the first day and the seventh day of postoperation(P 0.05) .On the first and the seventh day,D class’had statistically difference as compared with A、B and C classes(P 0.05) .There were not statistically significant as compared with A、B and C classes(P 0.05) Conclusion Effects of ketmine on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in different age groups of burn patients are different.Maybe the occurrence of POCD is concerned with the age of patients." @default.
