- W2390630112 abstract "Objective To observe effects of internal sphincterotomy using small needle scalpel for treatment of old anal cleft.Methods Eighty-two patients with old anal cleft were performed with internal sphincterotomy using ophthalmological iri small needle scalpel and combination of traditional Chinese medicine demibain and change of dressing of arilin and promoting granulation oil gauze.Results Eighty-two cases were cured once and course of treatment was 5 ～8 days(mean 7 days),none post-operative complications and resid occurred and no recurrence occurred after one-year follow up.Conclusion Compared with other internal sphincterotomy,small needle scalpel has advantages including convenient operation,thorough treatment,little trauma,quick curing and no complications." @default.
