- W2390890659 abstract "The characteristics of macroporous adsorption resins AB-8,S-8,NKA-9 and D-101 on adsorption and desorption of flavonoids in lonicera japonica thunb were investigated.Based on static adsorption,the favorite macroporous adsorption resins were chosen to carry out dynamic adsorption experiments.The results showed that D-101 resin had better adsorption and desorption of flavonoids of lonicera japonica thunb and the adsorbted flavonoids could be desorbed by 95% alcohol at flow rate 3mL/min,dosage 4.5BV and pH value about 11,and the resultant desorption rate reached 98.00%.Within the scope of the research,the adsorption process of flavonoids onto resin was the exothermic spontaneity of the adsorption process,and Langmuir models fitted the adsorption data quite reasonably.In addition,the experimental data followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model very well,and the resultant apparent adsorption rate constant was K30℃=3.43×10-2g/(mg·min)." @default.
