- W2391036550 abstract "The impact of national macroscopic transportation infrastructure construction planning on the evolution of Chinese national rapid comprehensive transport network(NRCTN) was analyzed.The evaluation index system including node unit travel time,system overall travel time and node accessibility coefficient were constructed by using Dijkstra algorithm.A transport network comprehensive evaluation model based on accessibility was constructed.The network utility situations of NRCTN composed of(high-speed) railways,expressways,and civil aviation in base year(2010) and planning year(2020) was compared with GIS analysis tool.The NRCTN optimization change was further explained from the aspects of capital city,national economy region and typical city.The calculation result indicates that(1) compared with the situation of base year,the shrunk of the whole system travel time of capital city will be 53.13%,the space transportation efficiency will get great improvement,and the cities in Midwest like Chongqing,Guiyang will be benefited obviously;(2) the accessibility isolines of key economic regions tend to be equilibrium state,the multicenter traffic circles will be formed with Zhengzhou,Wuhan,etc.as center nodes;(3) the contraction ratios of node unit travel time of typical cities like Beijing,Xi'an and Guangzhou will reach 48.95%,52.89% and 51.43%,the area accessibility will shift from non-equilibrium expansion state which along the main transportation corridors including Beijing-Kowloon line,Jiangsu-Gansu line and Beijing-Guangzhou line to equilibrium expansion state obviously,the model and method are correct and feasible." @default.
