- W2391481280 abstract "In this paper, by adopting homemade phenylcarbamated β-cyclodextrin bonded SBA-15 chiral stationary phase with methanol-water as mobile phase,the separation of naringin enantiomers were successfully resolved. The effects of mobile phase composition, column temperature, the detection wavelength on the separation of naringin enantiomers were studied. According to experimental results,the better chromatographic separation and detection conditions were as follows: a mobile phase of methanol-water( 55: 45,V / V) at a flow rate of 0. 5 m L / min,column temperature of 20 o C,the injection volume of 10 μL and the detection wavelength at 285 nm. Based on the above conditions,the quantitative method of naringin enantiomers in pummelo peel,citron,fructus aurantii and shaddock peel was established. The good linear relationship of each naringin enantiomer was observed in a concentration range of 0. 5 ~ 500 μg / m L( r≥0. 995). The limits of detection of naringin enantiomers were about 0. 04 μg / m L( S / N = 3). For example,the average recovery of the first naringin enantiomers from pummelo peel was 93. 8%( n = 5) with RSD of 1. 2%,and the average recovery of the second naringin enantiomers from pummelo peel was 91. 3%( n = 5) with RSD of 1. 6%,The contents of the two enantiomer naringin were 10. 42 mg / g and 15. 84 mg / g for pummelo peel,15. 39 mg / g and 49. 52 mg / g for citron,16. 53 mg / g and 95. 80 mg / g for fructus aurantii,18. 47 mg / g and 30. 98 mg / g for shaddock peel,respectively. This method is simple and fast with good accuracy and reproducibility. It could provide a convenient way to carry out separation,determination and pharmacokinetic study on herbal chiral components.Therefore,it has important research significance to establish the chiral separation and determination method for chiral chemical ingredient of Traditional Chinese Medicine and to ensure drug safety." @default.
