- W2391680201 abstract "The enhancement of coarse endoenzyme activity excreted from flavobacterium sp FCN2 for PAHs degradation was investigated. The results showed: (1) Coarse endoenzyme excreted from flavobacterium sp FCN2 could degrade anthracene,phenanthrene and pyrene effectively. Within 30 minutes,the removal rates of the three PAHs were 61.14%±3.03%,30.63%±4.85%,and 40.53%±3.97%,respectively,indicating that the coarse endoenzyme had the highest removal efficiency for anthracene,and then pyrene and phenanthrene. (2) At 32℃ and pH 6,the endoenzyme was the most active. The coarse endoenzyme of flavobacterium strains FCN2 had higher activity for degrading anthracene,phenanthtene,pyrene in weak acid medium at a temperature between 30℃ and 35℃. (3) Under the above mentioned optimal condition,various metal ions were investigated as additives which could potentially enhance enzyme activity. It was found that Ca2+ could markedly activate the coarse enzymes. As 0.5mmol/L Ca2+was added,the removal rates of anthracene,phenanthrene and pyrene were improved by 1.34,1.59 and 1.85 times,respectively. The Michaelis constants were 1.54×10--4 mol·L-1,3.58×10--4 mol·L-1and 2.46×10--4 mol·L-1,respectively as 0.5mmol/L Ca2+was added comparing with 2.69×10--4mol·L-1,4.28×10--4mol·L-1 and 3.56×10--4 mol·L-1,respectively,without Ca2+ addition. PAHs enzymatic degradation accelerated by calcium addition can thus be proposed as an effective method for bioremediation of PAHs pollution." @default.
