- W239171606 abstract "AIM: To observe the influence of Honghua injection on effects, blood fat and hemorheology in cerebral infarction patients. METHODS: Sixty-eight patients were divided into two groups: Honghua group (36 patients) and Salviae miltiorrhiza group (32 patients), they were separately treated with Honghua injection 40mL and compound Salviae miltiorrhiza injection 16mL, iv, gtt for 4 wk, qd. RESULTS: Compared to pre-herapy, both groups could enhance curative effect, reduce blood fat and hemorheology. The differences were very significant (P＜0.01). The total effect rate was 95% in Honghua group and 84% in Salivae miltiorrhiza group. There was no significant difference (P＞0.05). The effect of reducing hemorheology in Honghua group was more obvious than that in salvia miltiorrhiza group. The differences were greatly significant (P＜0.01). CONCLUSION: Honghua injection can obviously improve blood microcirculation in cerebral infarction patients. The effect and blood fat change of Honghua injection is similar to that of salvia miltiorrhiza injection." @default.
