- W2391750239 abstract "Objective To investigate the risk factors of assisted reproductive technology on the low birth weight of the infants. Methods These live neonates are enrolled whose mum acceped assisted reproductive technology and delivered in our hospital from June 2012 to Aug. 2014. Search all the medical records after assisted reproductive technology in the Center of Reproductive Medicine and Obstetrics, select the cases met inclusion criteria and record these informations: in the EXCEL database. Single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were conducted to explore the risk factors of the assisted reproductive technology on the low birth weight of the neonates. Results There were 287 neonates enrolled. In the single factor analysis,7 of 19 indexes were statistically significant( P 0. 05),while in the multivariate logistic regression analysis, there were 4 of 7 indexes with significance( P 0. 05),which of those were multiple pregnancy( OR = 3. 225,95% CI: 1. 673,6. 215),intrapartum with eclampsia( OR = 2. 294,95% CI: 1. 156,4. 553),production with placental abruption or premature rupture of membranes( OR = 3. 845,95% CI: 1. 607,9. 201),gestational age less than 37 weeks( OR = 11. 018,95% CI: 5. 044,24. 066). Conclusion Multiple pregnancy, intrapartum with eclampsia, production with placental abruption or premature rupture of membranes and gestational age less than 37 weeks are closely related to the low birth weight of the infants born after assisted reproductive technology." @default.
